At Impresia, we strive to provide our customers with premium-quality imported jewelry and a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund policy subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition as received, without damage or signs of use.
Items marked as “non-returnable” or on clearance/sale are not eligible for return.
Gift boxes, accessories, and packaging materials must also be returned (if applicable).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Worn, used, or damaged jewelry
Items with hygiene concerns (e.g., earrings worn on skin)
Gift boxes or packaging sold separately
Customized, resized, or engraved items
Items without original invoice or order proof
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support at shop@impresiabd.com or message us on our official Facebook page within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions.
You must securely pack the product and arrange delivery to the address provided by our team.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made via bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer, depending on your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Provide clear photos or a video of the damaged/incorrect item.
We will verify the issue and send a replacement or offer a full refund, as appropriate.
